On July 20th 2017 IRWIN incidents pulled into IQCS are being pulled in near real-time. The process now pulls incident header information every two minutes instead of once a night.

If you are looking for an IRWIN incident and it is not in IQCS, give it a few minutes and check again.

The user guide, Module 8 Emergency Responder Experience, will be updated and published at the next release date of user guides, mid-November time frame.
